Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $60 within the continental United States.

Free shipping is available for U.S. orders only and does not apply to orders shipped to Canada or other international destinations.

The $60 minimum applies to the order subtotal before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington.

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping service you select.

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs processing, high shipping volumes, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package.

Shipping Address

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Digital products do not require shipping. Please refer to the individual product description for information about how and when your digital files will be available.
